End to Unpredictable Freight Cost and Need for Larger Orders to Cap

We’re all troubled by rising and unpredictable freight cost… caps, percentages, and other measures rarely work, smaller orders previously were not justified because of the weight-volume-density-class-value of our European kick wheel pottery.  We’ve taken aggressive steps to lower the “free freight” program.   All orders are prepaid, but if the order exceeds $799 it’s shipped FOB Buyer (does not apply to residential, limited access, or lift gate and other accessorial charges).  Take advantage of this tremendously important concession and order today… prices are clearly listed by each piece or set in the catalog (see link to left).   We appreciate you.

We don’t mind sharing our secrets of doing so much with so little. 

One of the primary reasons we ship complete and can constantly change colors is our teams. 

We are split into small teams and each team member contributes and is of equal importance. 

Our teams are well managed, yet we have no managers. 

We believe in leaders that pull rather than push and work side by side.

We undertand that no one can oversight more than 3 to 5 people and we practice this theory. 

Each team has a senior leader who not only leads the team, but is tasked with training the other two or three team members to be leaders. 

We stay elastic and can grow rapidly and expand as needed because we are always preparing for change. 

Again, we strongly believe that each person is of equal importance and our company's most valuable asset is our team members.
