One of the primary reasons we ship complete and can constantly change colors is our teams.
We are split into small teams and each team member contributes and is of equal importance.
Our teams are well managed, yet we have no managers.
We believe in leaders that pull rather than push and work side by side.
We undertand that no one can oversight more than 3 to 5 people and we practice this theory.
Each team has a senior leader who not only leads the team, but is tasked with training the other two or three team members to be leaders.
We stay elastic and can grow rapidly and expand as needed because we are always preparing for change.
Again, we strongly believe that each person is of equal importance and our company's most valuable asset is our team members.
